Faithful Focused Photography

Effective Date: 03/28/2026

Booking is not confirmed until a deposit or full payment has been received. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of the session. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon time prior to or on the day of the session.

If you need to reschedule, notice should be given at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. One reschedule is permitted per booking. Additional changes may require a new deposit. Faithful Focused Photography reserves the right to reschedule in the case of emergencies, illness, or unsafe weather conditions.

Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time. While every effort will be made to capture meaningful images, Faithful Focused Photography is not responsible for uncooperative subjects or unforeseen disruptions during the session.

Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within the communicated turnaround time. Turnaround times may vary depending on the type of session. Raw or unedited images are not provided.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept the creative style of Faithful Focused Photography. Editing, lighting, and artistic direction are at the photographer’s discretion.

All images remain the property of Faithful Focused Photography. Clients are granted a personal use license to download, print, and share images. Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

By participating in a session, you grant permission for images to be used for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless a written request for privacy is submitted prior to the session.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss of files, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the amount paid. Faithful Focused Photography is not responsible for factors outside of its control that may impact the session.

By booking a session, you agree to these terms in full.
